Cancellation Policy

All dance class pass purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. If the studio or instructor cancels a class, affected students will receive a class credit. If you need to reschedule or cancel: - Rescheduling: Allowed at least 12 hours before class. - Cancellations (Pass Holders): You will receive a class credit if you cancel at least 24 hours before class. - Cancellations (Non-Pass / Single Bookings): Class credits are not automatically refunded upon cancellation. If you cancel at least 24 hours before class, you must message us directly to request your class credit refund. Please note: No credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of class.
